Where do you ship?你们配送到哪里？
We ship to the United States. For remote areas, reach depends on the carrier — contact us if you're unsure.我们配送美国。偏远地区以物流可达为准，不确定可联系我们。
How long does delivery take?大概多久能收到？
Orders are sent from China via cross-border logistics. After dispatch we email a tracking number. Timing depends on customs clearance and last-mile delivery, which can vary — we don't promise a fixed number of days.订单从中国经跨境物流发出，发货后邮件发送物流单号。送达时效受清关与末端配送影响会有波动，我们不明确承诺固定天数。
What are the shipping fees?运费怎么算？
Fees are calculated at checkout based on the actual logistics used, and shown before you pay.运费在结账时按实际物流计算，并在付款前显示。
How is my order packed?订单怎么包装？
Each piece is packed with cushioning for safe transit.每件器物做防护包装，安全运输。

What is your return window?退换期限是多久？
30 days from delivery for a no-reason return, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.收货后 30 天内可无理由退换，需未使用且保持原状。
My item arrived damaged.收到的茶具破损了。
We cover damage in transit. Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it.运输破损由我们承担。请在 7 天内邮件附照片，我们补发或退款。
Who pays return shipping?退货运费谁承担？
For no-reason returns, the buyer covers return shipping. For damage or defects, we cover it.无理由退换的运费由买家承担；破损或质量问题由我们承担。
Can gift sets be customized?礼盒可以定制吗？
Our gift sets can be combined to your liking — tell us your idea and we'll see what's possible.礼盒可按你的喜好组合——告诉我们你的想法，我们看能怎么搭。

Do I need to season a new teapot?新壶需要开壶吗？
For unglazed clay (e.g. Yixing), a quick seasoning rinse helps. Glazed and porcelain pieces are ready to use.未上釉的泥料（如紫砂）建议简单开壶；上釉与瓷质茶器开箱即用。
How do I care for Yixing clay?紫砂壶怎么养？
Dedicate one pot to one tea type, rinse with warm water after each use, and air-dry — no detergent.一壶事一茶，每次用完温水冲洗、自然晾干，无需洗洁精。
Dishwasher / microwave safe?能进洗碗机/微波炉吗？
Hand-wash is recommended. Avoid microwave for pieces with gold trim or overglaze decoration.建议手洗。带金边或釉上彩的器物请避免微波加热。
How do I remove tea stains?茶垢怎么去除？
Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. Avoid steel wool or abrasives that scratch the surface.软布蘸温水擦拭即可。避免使用钢丝球等会刮伤表面的硬物。

Our suppliers provide material and origin notes for each piece, and we list them honestly on the product page. We don't make absolute "100% authentic" claims we can't verify.供应商为每件器物提供材质与产地说明，我们如实标注在商品页。我们不做无法核实的"绝对真品"承诺。
Are materials food-safe?材质安全吗？
We list each piece's material honestly on its product page so you know what you're getting.我们在商品页如实标注每件器物的材质，让你清楚买到什么。
Do you provide certificates?会提供证书吗？
Our suppliers provide material/origin notes (not official authentication certificates). These are shown on the product page where available.供应商提供材质/产地说明（非权威鉴定证书），有的会在商品页展示。
How can I verify authenticity?怎么辨别真伪？
Check the material and origin notes on the product page, and buy from our official store only.以商品页标注的材质与产地为准，并只从我们的官方店铺购买。
