What are your shipping times?配送需要多久？
Orders are fulfilled through our 1688 dropshipping and shipped to the US via the carrier we use. Exact timing and fees are confirmed at checkout; a tracking number is emailed after dispatch.订单通过我们的 1688 代发履约，经实际使用的物流渠道配送至美国。具体时效与运费以结账时为准；发货后邮件发送物流单号。
Do you ship internationally?你们支持国际配送吗？

How should I care for my teaware?茶具如何保养？
Rinse after use and dry thoroughly. Unglazed clay (e.g. Yixing) is best dedicated to one tea and rinsed with warm water only — no detergent. Store in a dry, ventilated place.使用后冲洗并彻底晾干。未上釉泥料（如紫砂）建议一壶事一茶，温水冲洗、不用洗洁精。存放于干燥通风处。
What is your return policy?退货政策是什么？
We stand behind every piece we sell. Returns within 30 days (unused, in original condition); return shipping is on the buyer. Shipping damage within 7 days with a photo is on us. See our 我们为售出的每一件器物负责。30 天内可退换（未使用、保持原状），退回运费由买家承担；7 天内运输损坏并附照片的，由我们承担。详见我们的30-Day Returns30天退换 page for details.页面了解详情。
