A simple steep一段简单的慢泡
Warm the gaiwan with hot water and discard. Add a small spoon of loose leaf. Pour just-off-the-boil water, rest for a few breaths, then lift the lid slightly and pour — letting the lid hold the leaves back. The first cups are bright; later cups open into something rounder. There is no wrong way, only your way.以热水温碗，弃之。投入一小勺散茶。注近沸之水，静候数次呼吸，再微掀盖出汤——让盖挡住茶叶。头几道清亮，往后渐转圆润。没有错的方法，只有属于你的方法。
